Who provides the service

Korzaro is operated by Shingen s.r.o., company ID 192 48 334, registered office Na Hřebenkách 3340/122, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 383648. Contact info@korzaro.com.

What Korzaro does

Korzaro reads data from the services you connect to it – for example your e-shop, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google, Meta or Sklik ad accounts, price comparison sites and your mailing tool – and turns it into overviews, alerts and recommendations. It only reads. It never changes anything: it does not start or pause campaigns, adjust budgets, publish posts, or touch your e-shop or its orders. Every decision stays with you.

Trial

Entering your e-mail address on korzaro.com creates an account and a trial project. The trial runs for fourteen days from the first sign-in, is free and without obligation, and needs no payment card. When it ends, we suspend the project: what Korzaro found stays readable, no new data is collected. We charge you nothing unless you order a paid plan yourself.

Paid plans

Plans and prices. The current plans and their monthly and yearly prices are listed on korzaro.com and in the app under My account. A price is per project (one e-shop) for the chosen period, a month or a year. Shingen s.r.o. is not registered for VAT; the prices shown are final.

Who it is for. Paid plans are for businesses only, for use in their business. By ordering you confirm that you order the service as part of your business activity.

Ordering. The project’s owner or admin orders a plan with the Order monthly or Order yearly button in the app. The contract for a paid plan is formed when the first payment is made.

Payment and receipts. Payment is made in advance by card through the Stripe payment gateway. The subscription renews automatically on the day of the order, every month or every year depending on how you pay, and is charged to the same card. For every payment we issue a receipt, available in the subscription settings and sent to you by e-mail. You enter the billing details (name, company ID, VAT ID, address) in the app and are responsible for their accuracy.

Changing plans. You can change your plan at any time in the subscription settings. Moving to a higher plan, you pay the pro-rata difference until the end of the paid period; moving to a lower plan, the difference is credited against future payments.

Cancelling. You can cancel the subscription at any time in the subscription settings. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid; until then the service runs in full. We do not refund a period that has started. The exception is a serious outage: if the service was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours, we refund the pro-rata price for the days of the outage on request.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, the payment gateway retries it over a few days and we let you know. If it cannot be collected, the subscription ends and we suspend the project as after a trial; once paid, we reopen it.

Price changes. We announce a price change by e-mail at least 30 days in advance; the new price applies from the first payment after that period. If you do not agree, you can cancel the subscription.

Personal data. Customer data of your e-shop that Korzaro processes on your behalf is covered by the data processing terms; by ordering you accept them.

The access you grant Korzaro

You connect services yourself – by signing in to your account (Google, Facebook) or by pasting a key. Korzaro always asks for read-only permissions only, in the narrowest scope the service offers. You can revoke the access at any time in Korzaro’s Settings or directly with the provider (for example in your Google account or Facebook settings); from that moment Korzaro fetches nothing further from that service. Only connect accounts you are authorised to use.

Your data

The data Korzaro fetches from your services is yours. We use it only to provide the service for your project. We do not sell it, do not pass it on for anyone else’s purposes, and never mix one client’s data with another’s. Data from Facebook and Instagram is handled in line with the Meta platform policies. How we treat personal data is described in the privacy notice. When you ask us to delete your account at info@korzaro.com, we delete all fetched data with it.

What Korzaro is not

Overviews and recommendations are based on the data the services deliver and are input for your decisions – not a guarantee of results. Korzaro does not replace accounting, legal or other professional advice. The trial is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. For paid plans we aim for uninterrupted operation and announce planned downtime in advance. Our liability for damage in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last twelve months; this does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

What is not allowed

Connecting accounts without their owner’s authorisation, circumventing the application’s security, overloading it with automated requests, or using it in breach of the law or of the terms of the connected services.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by e-mail to info@korzaro.com or under My account; an account with a running subscription can be deleted only after the subscription is cancelled. We may suspend or close an account when these terms are breached, when the trial ends or when a subscription is not paid; we will let you know at your address. After the service ends we return or delete your data on request under the data processing terms.

Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we will notify you by e-mail at least fourteen days in advance. If you do not agree with the change, you can close your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Any disputes are decided by the courts of the Czech Republic.
